Reservations:

When you book online via our website and the deposit has been received in our account, the reservation is binding.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations can only be made in writing, by e-mail to campingschlossburgau@aon.at.

Camping Schloss Burgau is entitled to withdraw from the contract if force majeure or other circumstances not caused by the campsite make it impossible to fulfil the contract, or if the smooth running of the business, the safety or the reputation of Camping Schloss Burgau is at risk. In this case, there is no right to compensation.

Cancellation fees:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival € 25,00 handling fee.
  • Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 50% of the invoice amount.
  • Up to 1 week before the arrival date 75% of the invoice amount.
  • In case of cancellation in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the invoice amount.

Temporary change of our cancellation conditions in case of official travel warning for our district, if you are affected by a border closure or in case of official closure of our campsite:

In this case, you can cancel up to 1 day before the arrival date and the deposit will be refunded minus an administration fee of € 25,00 or 100% credited for a later stay, which has not yet to be determined.

Delayed arrival and early departure:

Fees are also payable for days not used. Likewise, rental accommodation and pitches that have not been occupied or have been vacated early may be occupied elsewhere.

The reserved pitch is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, rental accommodation from 15:00.

Arrival can also take place earlier if this has been agreed with the reception. If arrival is significantly delayed (after 8 pm), please inform us.

On departure, pitches must be vacated by 12:00 noon at the latest and rented accommodation by 11:00 unless the site management has agreed to a longer stay. In the event of departure after 17:00, the following night will also be charged.

Liability:

Camping Schloss Burgau is not liable for damage caused by the failure or disruption of the water or electricity supply. Furthermore, the campsite operator is not liable in the case of slightly negligent breaches of duty for damage caused by the use of facilities or equipment located on the campsite or facilities, equipment and arrangements that have become inoperative or are out of order. This also applies to slightly negligent breaches of duty by the legal representatives or vicarious agents of the campsite operator. 

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In all other respects, the statutory provisions shall apply.

Jurisdiction Fürstenfeld. Austrian law shall apply.
